COURTLY

Courtly is a web app designed to simplify the process of booking tennis, badminton, and pickleball courts. The project focuses on clean UX flows, real-time calendar availability, and a user-friendly interface optimized for mobile and desktop use.

Challenge

Players struggled with outdated systems and scattered booking sites.

The goal was simple: create one clean, reliable web platform that makes booking a court fast and frustration-free.

01 - Understanding User Pain Points

I spoke with casual players and reviewed competitor to pinpoint blockers.

Users wanted speed, clarity, and real-time availability, without unnecessary steps.

02 - Visual & Strategic Repositioning

I explored multiple design directions to create a fresh, modern, and easy-to-scan interface.

Clean layouts, simple language, and friendly visuals helped Courtly feel more approachable and intuitive.

Process

01/ We did some intense market research

We created a sitemap to map out every key flow, from searching courts to booking and confirmation. This structure helped us identify redundant steps and clarify what users needed most.

Result

The final prototype received positive feedback for its clean layout and simple user flow. Testers found the booking process intuitive and appreciated the visual clarity across devices.

This project helped me grow my skills in responsive design, prototyping, and motion interaction. The branding and interface now reflect a clear and cohesive identity, one that feels friendly, modern, and easy to trust.
